The therapists of Family Matters are highly qualified clinical medical model therapists. We pride ourselves in being able to assist in meeting the needs of the local medical community. Physican's offices can call a referral in to us or may request to have a referral form faxxed to them. We will endeavor to assist your treatments by addressing any mental, emotional or behavioral issues. Due to our specific licensing requirements with Tricare, all Tricare clients must have a referral form from their primary care physician. Email is the best means of communication with providers. All our providers are members of the Southeast Georgia Physican's Association.
